Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 Business Days
Remote Locations: 5–10 Business Days

Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999.
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via Email and/or SMS. You can use this link to track your shipment in real time.
Delivery
Please ensure that the shipping address and contact number provided are accurate. RYOX is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged package or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the package.

Currently, RYOX ships only within India. International shipping may be introduced in the future.
