Return Eligibility

Products are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Products that are worn, washed, damaged, altered, or missing original packaging cannot be accepted for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@ryox.in with your order number, product details, and reason for return.

Exchange Policy

Size exchanges are available for eligible products depending on stock availability. Please make sure to check our Size Guide before placing your order.

Refund Process

Once your returned product reaches us and passes quality inspection, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.

Damaged Or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images and order details. Our team will assist you immediately.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
